I'm so glad you're here
I’m a Senior Television Producer turned Media Trainer and qualified Communication Coach. I help ambitious female business owners to speak with impact in media interviews.
What I taught TV experts - now tailored for you.
I spent over 20 years in Television Production, working behind the scenes at ITV Daytime and ITN, helping shape stories, prepare guests, and create interviews that connected with millions. I’ve always been fascinated by how we communicate - and my career was built on it.
But when I qualified as a coach, I began to notice something missing. Business owners and thought leaders, with brilliant ideas and powerful stories were shrinking in the spotlight. Some didn’t know how to speak in a way that landed, or how to translate their expertise into confident, clear media moments.

When I trained as a coach, everything clicked.
I realised it wasn’t just about preparing people for interviews - it was about helping them overcome mindset blocks, perfectionism, and visibility fears holding them back.
It was about drawing out the stories and messages that actually capture media attention - something I’d spent two decades doing inside the TV newsroom.

Family:
I am a wife, mum to two, secondary school aged girls and a dog named Duke.
Exercise:
My weekly spin, power pump and Zumba class, with a couple of runs thrown in the mix too, truly keep me sane.
Things I love......
Musical Theatre:
I love musicals and go to the theatre whenever I can. I once played the dance teacher in ‘Fame,' in a local am dram production
True life stories:
Being a storyteller, I love listening to, reading and watching anything based on a true story. I've also completed the majority of my own family tree.
