Hello, I'm Sarah
I'm a Media Trainer & Communication Coach.
My work is shaped by over 20 years spent inside fast-paced broadcast newsrooms, where clarity, composure and precision are essential.
In those environments, there is little time to overthink. You learn to stay calm, think clearly and communicate with intention - even when the pressure is high.
I’ve worked with hundreds of guests, experts and spokespeople, helping them speak with clarity, confidence and composure when it matters most.
Now, I bring together broadcast industry experience and coaching expertise to help founders and business owners elevate how they communicate as their visibility and influence grow.
This isn’t about learning how to speak well in one interview.
